ASME CERTIFICATE
DHB Boiler is proud to be an ASME Accredited Manufacturer. We hold the prestigious ASME ‘S’ Stamp and ASME ‘U’ Stamp issued by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
Adhering to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC) is not just about compliance; it is about guaranteeing the highest level of safety, design integrity, and fabrication quality. These certifications act as a global passport, allowing our boilers and pressure vessels to be installed in over 100 countries, including the USA and Canada.
The ASME “S” Stamp certifies that DHB Boiler is authorized to design, fabricate, and assemble Power Boilers in strict accordance with ASME BPVC Section I.
Scope: High-pressure steam boilers, power generation boilers, and high-temperature hot water boilers.
Assurance: Every “S” stamped boiler undergoes rigorous third-party inspection by an Authorized Inspector (AI) to ensure structural integrity and operational safety under extreme pressure conditions.
The ASME “U” Stamp confirms our capability to design and manufacture Unfired Pressure Vessels complying with ASME BPVC Section VIII, Division 1.
Scope: A wide range of industrial pressure vessels, including heat exchangers, steam drums, storage tanks, and separators.
Global Acceptance: This certification assures our international clients that our pressure vessels meet the stringent safety factors required for global insurance and regulatory approval.
THE NATIONAL BOARD CERTIFICATE
DHB Boiler is fully authorized to register boilers and pressure vessels with the National Board (NBBI). We apply the “NB” Mark to our products, ensuring full compliance with North American installation regulations and providing permanent third-party inspection records.
